I am an accomplished strategic executive experienced in leading large, complex multinational, multicultural organisations, most recently a team of 550 diverse and highly capable people that support an organisation of across 50 countries, with an annual budget of $6B. I am proud of my reputation for building high performing international teams and my demonstrable aptitude for team development, collaboration and managing for excellence. Whilst I see myself as an innovative and independent thinker, I have always aligned my expertise, drive, and leadership with the key strategic deliverables and commercial goals of my organisation. I can evidence a significant record of rapidly grasping complex situations, lateral thinking, decision making under pressure and delivering to the highest standards; on time and to budget, all in highly challenging environments.
