I help clients navigate through antitrust and competition issues ranging from mergers before state and federal antitrust enforcers to commercial matters in everyday business. In addition to obtaining clearance without remedies for transactions across industries, I have successfully led the advocacy and defense of several notable antitrust legal challenges in the life sciences and healthcare sector including: UnitedHealth Group\'s acquisition of Change Healthcare; Albert Einstein Healthcare Network\'s sale to Thomas Jefferson University; Labcorp\'s acquisition of Westcliff Laboratory. The awards and recognitions I have received include Chambers Ranked, Legal 500, Women@’s “40 in Their 40s – Notable Women Competition Professionals in America”,\"Lawyer of the Year – Under 40\" by Global Competition Review (GCR) in 2017, and M&A and Antitrust Trailblazer by the National Law Journal in 2016.I am on the Council for the ABA Antitrust Section and a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
