As an SCE, I leverage financial reporting to drive toward plan performance that balances client culture and member needs by reviewing current benefits against current market trends and a competitive landscape. Further I am responsible for persistency and managing the renewal process with an eye toward long term partnership.I serve as an internal partner within the UnitedHealthcare Global family working to further solutions that uniquely set us apart in the marketplace.
