Integrated the groups UK supply chain from vessel to processing. Deal involved engaging with multiple funders to refinance target business and execute share purchase in parallel throughout challenging DD process. Safeguarded jobs for many employees and associated work for wider community. Recently led acquisition of Chapmans of Sevenoaks Limited in Kent to further integrate our supply chain into hospitality and food serve sector. OFG now becomes one of the only fully integrated, scaleable, reduced carbon seafood suppliers in the UK.
