Impressed with his vision, enthusiasm and overall competence Leigh was promoted again by the company to Technical Director for CoolCare where he now manages the development and running of the company\'s Care Home Management software, CoolCare, along with Fiona Hale, Managing Director. In 2018 Leigh and Fiona successfully led the management buy-in of CoolCare, having acquired shareholdings from parent company LNT Group. They led a full rebranding of the company which was renamed from LNT Software to CoolCare Ltd. Since then the company has more than doubled in size, new products have been rolled out and the team continues to innovate in order to vastly grow the market share of CoolCare within the industry.
