Leigh is a senior partner in the Vancouver office of Deloitte and was previously the Western Region Professional Practice Director for the Audit Public practice. In this role, Leigh was responsible for leading the quality initiatives in audit in Western Canada and leading consultation on significant accounting and auditing issues for public audit clients in Western Canada. He has over 25 years of diversified public accounting experience.Leigh has extensive experience directing the planning, performance and review of audit activities for clients in the mining, manufacturing, technology, and consumer products sectors. As the audit and quality assurance partner for numerous public company engagements, Leigh has had extensive involvement in public offerings, acquisitions and divestitures. Leigh was also the leader of the Prairie Region Deloitte mining practice, and a member of the Firm’s Canadian Mining Cabinet.
