Responsible for leading a team of 14 PMs and PCO to support one of CDW\'s largest customers in the UK.The programme is focused around supporting the customer with end user asset and peripheral deliveries, workplace transformation activities and the recycle, re-use and ethical destruction of assets and peripherals.Since being appointed Programme Manager, this highly successful programme, has delivered over assets and over peripheral items to the customer. It has also resourced over 500 workplace transformation deployments and co-ordinated over 650 customer equipment collections, with our ITAD partner.I am also responsible for ensuring full client reporting on the programme, as well as working internally and with the customer to develop efficiency improvements.
