My role is to Manage the school Academy Football Programme. Creating a coaching syllabus, delivering sessions, mentoring coaches and delivering CPD training to allow the programme to achieving success on a National, County and Local level. The goal is to create the best school football programme in the country.My programme has made the ESFA U16 Elite National final 2 years running, we have won 4 Kent County FA Cups, as well as finishing runner up in the Kent Academies U19 Premier league, and winning 4 district cups.We are the only school team that competes in the prestigious Dallas Cup; a tournament that hosts the best teams from across the globe.
