Manage and oversee the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing and job offers and onboarding. Participate in monthly Key Openings & Turnover reporting meetings with leadership. • Act as the subject matter expert for ATS (SuccessFactors), conducting monthly/quarterly trainings and working with corporate HRIS to customize and improve functionality. • Create and drive diverse talent pipeline programs and recruitment initiatives. • Identify and use various unique sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter to discover, identify and attract the best talent. • Manage candidate debrief sessions following interviews and communication with the candidate throughout the interviewing process. • Contribute to the creation of employment branding and TA social media strategy.• Present regularly at Leadership Team meetings providing recruitment updates including trends, obstacles, and competitive market intelligence.
