   FTSFederal, Inc. is my latest venture after having invested nearly 20 years in IT consulting within the GovCon arena teaming with defense giants, Big 4 Firms, and working as a Prime contractor with the USAF. In utilizing work on ERM and Risk Management FM projects, FTSFederal, Inc. focuses on IT systems and automation in the audit and audit readiness space working in the areas of Data Analytics, Readiness, Business Process Re-engineering and modernization. At FTSFederal, Inc. we focus those insights towards data in utilizing AI to form predictive modeling using structured and unstructured data to uncover insights in the enormous data sets our clients possess. This allows for preparedness verses responsiveness. We bring our team of Functional SMEs with an average tenure of 22 years of experience coupled with Technical SMEs that understand how to get actionable insights out of your data. The Enterprise experience of both allow for rapid deployment with data mapping across the entire organization. Core competencies: ERM, BPR, AI, Cyber, Cloud, Readiness, Remediation. With work focused on business process re-engineering around insights provided through Enterprise-level Functional SMEs and Data Management utilizing cloud-based technology and tools across the DoD. Previous and current areas of concentration: USAF, Army AWCF, OUSD, USTRANSCOM, USSOCOM, DFAS and DISA. Served as Program Manager on over 20 programs on a variety of Contract vehicles including Aliant small business, Encore II, Encore Netcents 2, Navy BUMED, OUSD, DFAS, USSOCOM, USTRANSCOM, Space Command, USAF FIAR & follow on, Army WCF, Army GF, DISA NBIS, USDA, PEO Missiles and Space.
