I am Associate Professor in AI and Data Science, where I lead the Interaction Lab (I-lab) which focuses on understanding how people interact with systems/agents/applications where I have developed numerous models and measures which inform on how such systems shape and influence people\'s lives. I am experienced in developing theoretical and data-driven models that predict and explain the user behaviour - with a focus on search and recommendation applications.
