I’m a Senior Business Execution Consultant specializing in incident management, global risk, and protective intelligence, focused on helping organizations anticipate, respond to, and recover from complex operational disruptions.In my current role supporting Wholesale Operations Incident Management, I lead business impact analysis, communication, response coordination, and AARs for high-severity incidents. I also contribute to Resiliency RCSA workshops, collaborate with Technology and LOB partners to ensure consistent response execution, and author SOPs that define mass notification protocols for emergencies.Previously, within Corporate Security Intelligence and Risk Analysis (CSIRA), I led the strategic planning and execution of the Global Travel Risk (GTR) and Protective Intelligence (PI) programs. I revitalized and enhanced the Global Travel Risk program by formalizing processes, establishing governance and control documentation, and aligning it to ISO 31030 standards. In parallel, I built the Protective Intelligence function into a comprehensive threat management capability, introducing threat actor databases, dark web and intelligence feeds, investigative workflows, and behavioral threat assessment tools to proactively identify and mitigate threats to executives and enterprise assets.I also served as a contributor and subject matter expert (SME) reviewer for the Cyber Defense Domain Management Policy and Corporate Travel Policy, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and risk objectives.I focus on building resilient systems, supporting informed decisions, and turning risk intelligence into a strength so organizations stay secure, prepared, and adaptable.
