ABOUT LEIDY C.

With a rich experience as a lawyer in labor law in the Dominican Republic, I wanted to challenge myself and go abroad with the desire to learn a new language and specialize in Human Resources. Thus, today I combine this triple competence by being specialized in international HR, while being based in France. For a year, I had taken up the challenge of supporting a start-up experiencing exponential growth in HR, whether strategic or operational. I had the chance to participate in the development of an unicorn start-up as soon as it arrived in France, and to take up all the HR challenges that such growth entails: creating and developing all HR policies and procedures from scratch en alignment with the group\'s head policy. After this rich experience, I wanted a new challenge : get to know the HR in an international dimension. Therefore, I am currently a HR Generalist in the EMEA region where I am the first point of contact for all employee queries by supporting and improving managers and employees success and addressing inquiries related to policies, procedures and programs at the entire employee life cycle.
