About Leianna Boley

With 29 years of experience in IT and Telecom, I\'ve seen it all—from the days of dial-up to the era of fiber optics. My journey has been a blend of installation, engineering, project management, and consulting. Over the past 24 years, I\'ve been at the forefront of Internet Technology buildout, construction, and field operations. My leadership spans 19 years, during which I\'ve successfully overseen personnel resources and collaborated with clients, vendors, general and subcontractors, and manufacturers. Led diverse teams in the development and implementation of WAN/LAN networks, fiber/copper, cellular DAS, wireless, telephony, data rooms, and data centers. Directed large-scale cable pathway build-outs, office TIs, labs, manufacturing clean spaces, GMP, and OT (automation) projects. Managed the review of site plans, construction drawings, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals. Resolved pre-construction clashes and coordinated MEP efforts to streamline project execution. Collaborated with engineers on BOMs and user teams to identify data, wireless, and telephony low voltage, AV, security, BAS/BMS, and RF requirements. Oversaw contract and construction management of vendors and subcontractors, ensuring project completion from start to finish and successful turnover. I keep the chaos organized. Established standards, requirements, and processes, assisted in design creation, created RFPs, reviewed scopes and submittals, monitored progress, and identified conflicts and inaccuracies.RCDD, Microsoft Office programs including Visio, Google Docs, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk, and Adobe.I am a natural connector, adept at bringing people together to build strong relationships.
