September 2021 to April 2022- Own Brand Beauty (Apothecary, Formula, Fragrance Society, Floral Collection, Provenance, Pure, Nature\'s Ingredients, Ragdale Hall, and beauty boxes). April 2022 to Present- Womenswear (The Edit tops then casual bottoms). Currently managing the end-to-end critical path for over 500 products across various suppliers, regions, and inclusive of OTB lines. Having strong relationships and closely working with the larger team, international sourcing offices and a variety of stakeholders (including E-commerce, marketing, VM, styling and International) to ensure products launch on time, in line with department and business unit strategy, and as planned to maximise performance. Ensuring systems are accurate, helping to establish better ways of working, supporting the whole team in preparation for meetings and sign offs-plus completing regular competition shops and market analysis, feeding back findings around opportunities/ lessons/ ranges/ pricing to the team and leadership. Working alongside the assistant buyer and wider team to develop, build and cost ranges. Actively partaking in additional personal and professional skills workshops, in addition to courses on fabrics/ systems such as PLM and SAP/ WGSN/ Edited/ the critical path to further aid in my development.
