I am a chief scientist of computer vision and robotics at International Digital Economy Academy (IDEA). Prior to this, I was a senior principal researcher and research manager of Azure Computer Vision Research in Microsoft Cloud & AI, Redmond, working on large-scale visual recognition and deep learning. The team has made a significant impact to Microsoft Cognitive Services, Bing, and Office.At IDEA, we are working on fundamental research on both computer vision and robotics and meanwhile developing state-of-the-art techniques that can generate high impact in real problems.
