   Developed an Agentic PR Review System using LangGraph and Azure AI Foundry to automate the validation of customer YAML configurations.* Developed a multi-agent \"Dispatcher-Worker\" Agent, enabling parallel execution of review tasks where child nodes operate within specialized contexts to scale processing power.* Optimized LLM token efficiency by 70-80% through context pre-computation, ensuring each worker node receives only the necessary data fragments per iteration.* Reduced model hallucinations by transitioning from flat data table knowledge stores to a hierarchical tree-based Knowledge Graph, improving the grounding of LLM responses and reducing input token pressure. This tree based approach allowed for more complex rules to be applied to validations, which were simply not possible through linear knowledge stores* Engineered specialized LLM tools to pre-process complex schema changes (compounded renames, reorders, and datatype updates), converting technical diffs into intuitive prompts that improved model reasoning.* Achieved significant cost reductions by capping the upper ceiling of file validation at tokens (input + output), maintaining high accuracy while minimizing expenditure on consumption-based LLM APIs which are charged per million tokens
