As the Building Manager I am responsible for the following- Overall operation and the management of a multi-million dollar budget- To protect, preserve and enhance the community lifestyle of our residents- Manage and supervise different departments and oversee over 85+ employees- Financial planning, budgeting, and aggressive receivable collections- Work along with our Board of Directors in all projects and bring all projects to finalization with careful planning, monitored progress and effective results. My overall approach as Building Manager is to develop and enhance a healthy team who will be able to envision, focus and seek my vision of responsibility to our residents. It is crucial to have the dedication, passion and commitment to serve a community and their residents; understanding that each working body in a community has a purpose and value to the overall enhancement of the community as a whole. Good energy, focused objectives, and a dedication and commitment to a clear vision will create a powerhouse team which will operate and run the building plant to ensure the building is operating and fuctioning to the best of its mechanical ability. It is important to establish and maintain a financial and solid structure along with a social atmosphere that should truly bring the word \"community\" to life. Property Management and Operations is my passion and an industry I look forward to retiring in.
