I am an experienced Global Payroll Professional with a successful track record in various aspects of payroll, including software implementation, global expansion, transition, upgrade, accounting, audit, and reporting. My expertise includes Ceridian DayForce, Ceridian WFM, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook. Currently, I manage global payroll for employees in 21 countries, including 34 states in the US, 4 provinces in Canada, and various other countries in Americas, APAC and EMEA. I am also responsible for researching and studying international labor laws in newly acquired countries. I oversee third-party vendors and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll processing. I create and review payroll policies, efficiencies, controls, and standard operating procedures while adhering to a monthly processing schedule. As a leader, I oversee a team of 3 payroll professionals dispersed across the US, Australia, and the UK. I work with Ceridian and various in-country providers to maintain efficient operations. Collaboration with other departments is critical in supporting strategic business plans. In fulfilling my duties, I prioritize effective communication, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. My goal is to deliver high-quality payroll services while managing complex systems and processes across different locations.
