Temporary Police Sergeant | August 2024 - Present- Recently promoted to Police Sergeant and have had the opportunity to develop leadership, stakeholder partnershipbuilding and community engagement skills across different policing posts- Manage a team of officers, coordinating incident responses across Essex- Oversee operations, case files and any officer development opportunities- Enhanced passenger and staff safety perception by initiating community problemsolving and workshops- Developed long-term multiagency operations, tackling violent crime during thesummer holiday period and briefing this to key stakeholders, including ITV NewsPolice Constable | February 2021 - August 2024 - Policing the railway network as a Police Constable within B Division with the British Transport Police. This specialist force polices a unique and challenging environment and comes with an equally unique set of needs.
