I have enjoyed 30+ years of non-profit, for-profit and higher education experience in the areas of executive leadership, board engagement, strategic planning and execution, team building, budget management, fundraising, student enrollment, branding, marketing and communications. I have worked on both the client and agency side, have a strategic growth mindset and am naturally inclined to push against the status quo to achieve results. I prioritize clarity in all that I do - casting vision, communicating team goals and objectives, ensuring team members understand their unique roles and responsibilities and accounting for results. I\'m a team builder by nature and thrive on galvanizing teams, resourcing them, caring for them as individuals and celebrating team successes. On a more personal note, I am passionate about stewarding the skills, abilities and experiences God\'s blessed me with to advance His Kingdom on earth. Building teams.
