With an architectural background and over thirty years in the construction industry, I\'ve developed significant expertise in handling cost segregation and fixed asset assessments for high-profile companies, managing tax adjustments that reach into the millions.I\'ve performed cost segregation analyses for a wide variety of companies across different industries and building types, and have specific technical expertise related to high-tech data centers, casino/hotel resorts, theme parks and other entertainment venues.
