ABOUT LEE TOWNSON

I am a professional senior manager with a successful track record of making the complex simple and delivering solutions to challenging I.T. and business problems in significant organisations. I have extensive experience in a variety of methods, disciplines and approaches including, Project Management, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Governance, Security, Quality Assurance, Service Management, Business and Service Continuity. My experience has been gained in a number of service, operation and development roles in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors and all within Software Development and Operational running of services. I have personally managed the successful implementation of risk frameworks utilising a controlled self-assessment method and provided the mechanism to monitor continuous improvements via a compliance monitoring plan approach. In addition to this I have personally managed the implementation of control frameworks which have then been externally assessed namely; ISO27001, ISO22301, PCIDSS, Visa PCI PIN, GDPR, OHSAS18001 & ISO14001. I thrive in developing trusted relationships but most importantly enjoy maintaining and building on these. I have exceptional continual drive, energy and determination, which is contagious to the environment I find myself.
