I am a results-driven and award-winning senior marketing leader with a proven track record of enhancing performance and driving incrementality through comprehensive marketing strategies.Currently, as Group Head of Affiliates at JD Sports, I manage the global affiliate program, delivering over £120m in annual revenue. My role involves developing and executing scalable growth strategies across multiple international markets, building strong publisher and network relationships, and ensuring the program drives both incremental value and long-term profitability.At Sosandar, I led the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies and managed a budget in excess of £5m. My role involved overseeing digital channels including paid social, email, and PPC, ensuring all campaigns aligned with organisational KPIs and maximised performance and efficiency through a full-funnel approach. Additionally, I managed offline marketing initiatives, including TV advertisements and brochures, optimising these campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness.At Otrium, I launched and managed affiliate and influencer programs, before expanding my role to oversee the global digital strategy. Leading a team of eight, I directed budget forecasting, allocation, and strategic planning for the paid digital and CRM teams.In previous positions at Visualsoft and PrettyLittleThing, I led high-performing teams with a strong focus on growth and incrementality.
