I am a data-driven HR professional who has supported organizations through periods of growth and change and am intentionally shifting into an HR Analyst or HRIS-focused role after years of working closely within HR systems, data, and operational workflows.Throughout my career, I have been most energized when working directly in HR platforms—maintaining data integrity, building reports, supporting payroll and benefits operations, and improving system workflows so HR teams can rely on clean, reliable data.In my previous roles, I worked daily in UKG, ADP, and Greenhouse, supporting HRIS and ATS operations, reporting, integrations, onboarding workflows, and payroll execution.
