ABOUT LEE S.
I am a dynamic and experienced safety professional with a varied background both onshore and offshore. I have developed an interest in ergonomics and human factors with particular focus on accident investigations, which formed part of my MSc dissertation thesis.Over my career, I have managed the safety and construction on multi-million pound projects with several contractors and tight timescales, I have developed an open and encouraging style that allows a safe culture to develop and open conversations to happen. I have worked in a variety of scopes, across renewables, from design and development of projects through to construction/ handover to O&M. I’m experienced at worked with O&M on maintenance, component exchanges/cable exchanges to decommissioning. I enjoy building relationships between teams, groups and projects to ensure an open environment for projects and safety to thrive. I currently hold Certified (Old Grad) IOSH, Specialist iiRSM and have started the IPD process for CMIOSH
