Leadership - Leading the team to success, with regards to maintaining enterprise security infrastructures, problem identification and remediation towards email security. Lead Engineer Advisor - Major contributor towards architecture design, installation, configuration and implementation of strategic infrastructure technologies for email security & encryption. Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations on infrastructure upgrades/replacements, information systems architecture and email security best practices. Created various architecture mail flow diagrams used by the direct team, which have also been presented or shared across Global Security SOC, Cyber Threat and DLP teams. Collaboration - Effectively communicate within direct team, across various teams within the organization, as well as cross organization to achieve common strategic goals. Interface with the varying levels of leadership around problem identification and solution decisions, applicable to improved customer, member and provider experience. Audit - Participates in the various quarterly and annual security audits & certification, associated with SOC1/SOC2 and SOX compliance. Vendor Management - Works very well with our vendors, building a good partnership by meeting with them weekly and pushing them to improve their products used in our enterprise environment. Attended various vendor conferences to meet with those strategic partners and their executive leadership, to hold them accountable for providing premium support and services.
