ABOUT LEESA GIBBONS

I joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2010 as Director of Operations the management arm of the business started, since then I have advanced to the position of Vice President of Operations and most recently brought the HR function in house as a Leader of People Resources & Development. I am working to recruit and develop our Talent while building out this department with infrastructure, standard operating procedures and company-wide policies. Prior to joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, I served as General Manager of several hotels including the Homewood Suites Phoenix/North - Happy Valley which earned the Hilton’s Prestigious Connie Pride Award. My background in the hospitality industry includes over 25 years experience with the branded organizations - Hilton, Starwood, Choice Hotels in addition to several Independents. My background includes extensive experience in various disciplines including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Conference Services, Accounting, Pre-Opening and the Transition of Hotel Management/Ownership Groups. As a well–balanced hospitality professional my experience ranges from limited service properties to upscale resorts, including the legendary Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Beginning my hospitality career in the front office I was able to move through the ranks gaining expertise through hard work, dedication and a commitment to spirited team success with those around me. I proudly attended Central Michigan University and now reside in Irvine, CA.
