ABOUT LEESA LACEY MAMFT

Leesa Lacey has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years, she has always been an advocate of brain health, and how well an individual\'s brain was functioning, and discovering ways to improve brain function. Prior to building Integrated Brain Health, She previously developed corporate stress management training programs. Her program entitled \"Brain Training 101\", has been utilized by many fortune 500 companies including Southwest Airlines.She was the founder and CEO of Integrated Brain Health, Leesa has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and their families, to understand the why behind their child\'s emotions, behaviors, learning differences, developmental delays, and social development. IBH has recently gone through rebranding to Mindful Play ABA and the appointment of new leadership and focus. Leesa now serves as the President of the Board for Mindful play ABA.Leesa is excited to launch her new company Brainhealth ID, online educational software. While working in the the industry with Occupational therapists, Speech pathologist, BCBA\'s, mental health professionals, and others, she found they all operated in a silo without the ability to identify other issues impacting a child\'s brain. They didn\'t have screeners to look across domains to know when to refer a child that needed additional services outside of their scope. Being able to look at all parts of the brain for an integrated plan was critically important. Leesa developed online screening software to be able to look across multiple domains simultaneously to screen for various possible issues. The software includes looking at learning differences/ disabilities, ADHD, Sensory, Autism, mood disorders, PANDAS, social skills deficits, and multiple other possible conditions. It also includes looking at nutrition, exercise, and screen time and how they impact brain function. In the most recent Carf accreditation, Brainhealth ID received a special accommodation for the exceptional in-depth questionnaire that allows parents to understand how their child\'s individual brain is functioning. BrainHealth ID online software will be easily assessable for professionals and parents to utilize, and will give parents and professionals a \"road map to how a child\'s brain is functioning. She provides a clear explanation in laymen\'s terms and recommendations for \"next steps\". Those steps include finding the right type of professional to help, getting a diagnosis if needed and an integrated plan, as well as what parents can do at home to help their child.
