Supporting businesses and organisations with authentic diversity and inclusion to help stop groups and demographics being discriminated against for being themselves. I\'m helping with the support of mental health issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. Identifying as gay and having anxiety, I\'ve battled with my mental health for a long time. Raising awareness and how to be not only an ally but how to spot the signs of mental ill health in the workplace is incredibly important.
