Part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CFO, accountable for the strategic management of the Land and Property assets of Yorkshire Water and Kelda Group. Developing and delivering improved resilience and value generation within the acre Operational and Catchment land estate, in an environmentally and commercially sustainable way.Leading a team of 70+ colleagues, with overall control and responsibility for the departments full P&L, including the generation of over £35m of income in a 5-year cycle, and a £25m+ CAPEX programme budget.Responsible for all Yorkshire Water corporate buildings and operational sites, leading the facilities management and workplace experience (FM/WPE) teams to deliver safe, functional, and hospitable working environments for all colleagues.Required to represent the interests of Yorkshire Water and Kelda Group on property matters, relating to operational and non-operational sites, and where appropriate, representing the Group externally on behalf of the Executive on Property related matters, guided by fundamental ESG principles.
