I am Senior Recruitment consultant with over 8 years of experience in finding and engaging the best tech talent. My mission is to connect talented professionals with innovative and impactful companies that align with their values and goals.At Meta, I leverage my Post Graduate Program in Data Analytics (PGP DA) and Quality Assurance (QA) skills to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for machine learning (ML) roles. I use various tools and platforms, such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Vendor Management System (VMS), social media, and boolean searches, to identify and attract potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. I also develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. I handle up to eight requisitions at a time, and achieve an average of five placements per month during the hiring season. I am passionate about data-driven recruiting and delivering a positive candidate experience.
