ABOUT LEENA JAYARAM
I am a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and joined a London International Adjusting Company in 2003. I have led and adjusted a variety of onshore and complex offshore energy related losses specialising in operational, construction and liability energy claims and various high profile semi submersibles losses and FPSO hull and machinery losses. Having initially graduated with a Law Degree from University of London, and being called to the Malaysian Bar, I went on to complete my Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law under scholarship in Australia. When I returned to Kuala Lumpur, I was employed by an International Power Generation Company within their Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters as a Legal Executive with responsibility of handling various commercial and contractual, tenders and insurance requirements for their power generation projects. Following this, I moved to a prominent Italian Offshore Oil and Gas Contractor and was subsequently transferred to their Corporate Headquarters in Milan, Italy as a Contract Specialist, supporting detailed analysis of worldwide onshore and offshore tender proposals and advising on indemnity provisions and insurance claims.Training and education LLB (Hons) LLM (Corporate & Commercial) ACII Chartered Insurance Practitioner
