Utilita Energy was restructured to have a group structure so wasn\'t entirely a new role as I continued to lead on a range of high-impact commercial projects across different parts of the business.Key projects included- Growing sales for group acquisition Canary Care, a remote monitoring solution for vulnerable individuals- Leading the launch of an EV charger installation service, from concept through to market- Implementing a department-wide debt recovery project to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow- Most recently, scaling a smaller niche offering into a much larger commercial operation, with a focus on long-term sustainability and growth.
