I am a UX leader and digital strategist who specialises in simplifying complex experiences at scale, while staying hands-on with research, ideation, concept prototyping, UX/UI design, and end-to-end delivery.Currently UX Manager at AQA, I lead research, interaction design, and delivery across large-scale web platforms used millions of times each year. My role blends strategy, hands-on design, and team leadership, ensuring we balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities to ship products that genuinely work. I’ve led the creation of design systems and reusable component libraries that improve consistency, accessibility, and speed across multi-disciplinary teams, helping organisations move faster without sacrificing quality.I previously worked for Apple Inc as a Creative. Alongside my work in UX, I worked in different sectors: Data security, Fin tech and Ed Tech and Digital Design & Delivery. notably Nimbus Backup, where I was UK Director responsible for growth, operations, and strategic market positioning, and Process Media, a digital design and UX agency, where I combined strategic oversight with hands-on design and usability work for a diverse client portfolio including Warner Music, Vodafone, and P&G.I work across the full UX lifecycle — discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and continuous optimisation — turning insight into practical, measurable improvements.
