Responsible for overseeing all aspects of security measures designed to safeguard TU\'s C-Suite executives and associates during official travel and high-profile corporate events both domestic and internationally.Devise and implement comprehensive protection strategies from triage to execution; Identify and manage a team of executive protection agents (EPA\'s) consisting of both internal employees and contractors; Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat environment surveys; And, coordinate responses to potential threats and ensuring the safety and privacy of protectees at all times.Regularly assess the security risks associated with the protectee\'s travel, residence, and public appearances based on their industrial and social footprint and profile. Conduct thorough background checks on potential threats and vulnerabilities.Develop detailed threat mitigation plans based on identified risks. Quickly assess and respond to security incidents or potential threats during protective details. Implement crisis management procedures in emergency situations. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement. Assign EPAs to specific protectees based on their skillset and the situation. Monitor and evaluate the performance of EPAs during protective details. Create and implement standardized security procedures for executive travel, meetings, and public events. Establish protocols for communication, surveillance, and emergency response. Design secure transportation routes and contingency plans. Collaborate with local force multipliers, first responders, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain situational awareness. Communicate effectively with executives, their families, and administrative staff regarding security concerns.Solicit and vet proposals from external contractors while evaluating our needs for each travel and corporate event including but not limited to, due diligence research for reputation, bonding, and insurance.
