I find, secure and invest in property deals, including - Residential developments - Commercial property - Commercial conversions These might be my own developments, or in partnership with trusted friends, mentors and experts across the UK. Prior to investing in property and other businesses… I worked on many great projects for some of the world\'s biggest companies, delivering \'Business Performance Management\' change programs in the UK, Europe and US, as well as heading and growing small consultancies. Having been \'in property\' for several years as a hobby (with a handful of refurbishment projects, single-lets and a holiday rental in Cyprus), I realised that I had more fun, was better rewarded, had complete time-freedom and was building more security for my family through my investment activities and by proactively making better use of my pension through a SSAS.
