ABOUT LEE MCATEER

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I am an entrepreneur who has been referred to as \"Britain\'s Best Boss\" by media such as The Daily Mail, The Daily Mirror, The Sun, Bored Panda, The Hook, The Daily Star, The Independent, Yahoo and Cosmopolitan amongst other outlets around the world. Very humbled to put it bluntly.With a background in the legal and media industries I have taken my experience into the student sectors; specifically the events, recruitment, social media and travel industries. This accumulated with me being named an Enterprise Hero in 2011 and the Commercial Prize Winner for 2012 with the prestigious University of Law. Our offices in Manchester have been referred to as the coolest offices in the area by the Manchester Evening News, AmeriCamp was named one of the top apprentice providers in the country and Invasion Group was named the 15th most caring company to work for in the UK. I love what I do and honestly nothing without the amazing team around me.To sum up I am the co-founder of Invasion Group and AmeriCamp collectively; this also includes sub brands such as Camp Thailand, Camp Canada, Camp.co.uk, Camp Cambodia, What Marketing, Ibiza Invasion, Camp Maldives, AusJob and Camp South Africa amongst others in our portfolio of brands (around 35 in total and growing).I also carry out consultancy for a number of high-profile brands in helping them reach maximum potential in the 18-30 demographic and I guest lecture at a number of universities across the world, regularly taking part in Dragons\' Den style events.I am constantly trying to learn from everyone I meet in order to maximise my brands for now and in the future, no matter where that comes from.
