That means understanding the existing stack, respecting constraints, and applying judgment to improve the whole system, not just isolated components.My background is deeply technical, but I use it for leverage and clarity rather than narrow specialization. I know when to pursue the elegant solution and when to ship the one that works. Technical purity has its place, but not at the expense of delivery and real-world impact.I can work in the trenches or lead from the front, defining direction, aligning teams, and driving delivery end to end. I have done both and know when each is needed.Bureaucracy and diffused ownership slow me down. I do my best work when accountability is real and the team actually cares what ships.
