Ecobot builds revolutionary software that ushers the environmental regulatory industry into the 21st century. The first version of Ecobot focuses exclusively on optimizing USACE wetland delineations. From digitization and normalization of field data to contextual lookup tools and auto-calculations, Ecobot maximizes wetland scientists’ capability to efficiently and accurately conduct USACE delineations – whether as an individual on a small project, or a team member on massive landscape-level projects. The founders of Ecobot dovetail decades of expertise from environmental consulting and enterprise software development to create mobile technology that is profoundly intuitive and impactful. Simply digitizing the wetlands delineation process by transferring pen and paper inefficiencies to an equally inefficient digital tool is not sufficient. Ecobot provides an alternative approach: an all-inclusive, workflow-centric response to the growing need to digitize and create a better way of working. Expanding beyond the conversion of field data to PDF, Ecobot has teamed with Esri, Trimble, and EOS to introduce advanced mapping and modeling capabilities into a single app. As members of this scientific consulting community, we collaborate with our customers to create true field and office efficiency, tucked into every aspect of wetland scientists’ existing workflow.
