As a certified sex therapist, my goal is for my clients to feel heard, understood, and challenged to change.I Listen. My clients come to me looking for an active counselor who respects them and who listens to them. I try to do all of these within the safety and respect of our relationship, and, together, we co-create an experience of change that is highly charged, provocative, and empowering.I Support. My therapeutic approach is personalized to your specific needs. That personalization means that we will approach your life and your problems with the framework and techniques that work best for you. I do not approach counseling from a single perspective. I utilize several approaches under one unifying principle: some approaches work better for some people than they do for others. Together with my clients, we identify which approaches will address their personality and their problems with the greatest outcome and in the shortest amount of time.I Challenge.
