I’m a global technology CEO focused on scaling software and AI-enabled and cloud-based digital platform businesses, driving digital transformation and building purpose-driven organisations that deliver meaningful societal impact.As Chief Executive Officer at Civica, a Blackstone portfolio company, I lead a global GovTech champion, providing mission-critical software and digital solutions that enable public sector organisations to deliver essential services more effectively. Our technology supports millions of citizens every day across sectors including local and central government, health & care and education.Prior to joining Civica, I held senior leadership roles across world-leading technology businesses. I served as Group COO and UK Managing Director at Sage Group, held senior positions at Computacenter and NASDAQ-listed TD Synnex, and led the private equity-backed Metronet/M247 as CEO. Across these roles, I delivered large-scale cloud and AI-enabled digital platform transformation, operational growth and global go-to-market execution.My focus is on sustainable growth and building high-performing teams that deliver long-term value for customers, employees, investors and the communities we serve.
