   Develop and leverage c-level / director-level business contacts and HR executives to identify potential customers and present solutions for voluntary work-site benefit programs. Create spreadsheets comparing current voluntary work site benefit options to ARIS Group options. Present new options directly to employees via on-site presentations as well as technology enrollment platforms.\\\\n\\\\n* Created spreadsheet for 50 employees comparing existing work-site benefits with ARIS Group options; presented to CEO/Treasurer. Took over case with 90% employee participation, including upper management. As a result, was able to take over employer paid disability and 401K. Received six referrals from CEO to other “C” executives.\\\\n* Solidified a 100-employee trucking company case and put in place Guaranteed Issued Disability, deducted via third party “split deposit”. Also offered 24/7 Accident policy, Critical Illness, and Life Insurance over a two day period with 90%+ participation.\\\\n* Cultivated new business relationship and delivered group presentation to employees with 80% participation\\\\n* Landed 63 new applications by delivering telephone presentation on Accident and Critical Illness insurance to employees at privately owned company after owner/ broker had 10 app\'s trying to do on his own. Resulted in additional referrals and other new business.\\\\n* Developed relationship with president and executive team of 4500 member union from a referral. Enrolled Executive and Administrative office with 80% participation with continuing success through their endorsements to member businesses.\\\\n\\\\n
