I am transforming the ways of working in my department to change our workflows from manual transcription and processing of data in tools like Excel to a more computational based approach using modern analytics tools such as Spotfire with data directly from databases. I am focused on developing dashboards, data pipelines and automating data processing. Developed and introduced a templated approach to implement comprehensive dashboards of drug product development data utilising Spotfire, Python and SQL. Developed data pipelines from an onsite Hadoop Cluster via Trifacta and automated data extraction and visualisation from Aspen InfoPlus21. Developed the associated business processes to support a modernised data workflow that ensured efficiency whilst maintaining the standards required in a highly regulated environment.
