End to end Recruitment for Psychologist, Mental Health Practitioners, Health Improvement Practitioners, Psychologist Interns, Counsellors, and Social Workers.• Actively sourcing via LinkedIn or SEEK Talent.• Phone screening candidates.• Job Advert Creating and posting jobs on SEEK, Internal Careers page, and LinkedIn.• Loading candidates for all background checks, MOJ\'s, Police Vetting, Xref and Saville Assessments.• Weekly meetings with all team leaders, Clinic Leads and GMs on all roles and where we are with each role.• Negotiate salaries.• Extend verbal offers. • Once verbal offers have been accepted if it is internal staff, I will request a LOO & IEA to be drawn up by our HR Administrator, if it is one of our contactors, I draw up the ICA and email to the candidate and then send them all our on boarding documents.• Once all the documents have been received, I let the Clinical Leads and Managers know and training is booked.• Process the placement via SnapHire and email all managers to let them know the candidate has signed and accepted.
