My career has been defined by one core mission: building the systems, teams, and processes that improve organizational health and drive long-term growth.Currently, I serve as a Senior Program Manager in supply chain operations at Amazon. Here, I lead cross-functional initiatives to improve inbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory health. My work centers on simplifying complexity—creating scalable mechanisms that support thousands of sellers and customers nationwide.Prior to Amazon, I served nearly 23 years in the United States Air Force, including a decade in senior leadership roles.
