My name is Leroy Groh but you can call me, Lee. I\'m an award-winning Executive Creative Director at Kroger with over 14 years of experience in the creative & advertising industry. As Executive Creative Director, I\'m responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary, internal creative and production team for Kroger’s Marketing Department. Our 70+ person team executes creative across video, organic & paid social, email, site experience, out-of-home, display media, direct mail, radio, streaming audio, in-store print & video, branding & packaging, experiential store design, and more. All of this work supports the entire Kroger Enterprise consisting of 20+ grocery brands, 2,700 stores, 1,500 fuel centers and pharmacies across the United States. Before my career with Kroger, I worked for 10+ years with Wunderman Thompson (Now VML) where I led creative for Volkswagen North America, Digital running an international team focused on delivering transformative ideas across digital first experiences, customer loyalty, integrated marketing, CRM, DM, and organic/paid social. Throughout my career, my work has purposefully been very diverse ranging from the complete rebrand and product build for the world\'s largest pet adoption organization to the co-creation and launch of the first accessible clothing line for people with disabilities. No matter what challenge comes my way, I\'m confident I can develop a creative solution that solves a human need and connects on an emotional level. This is why I\'m so passionate about my work. There\'s always an opportunity to develop an idea that breaks through and actually matters to people.I’m also a firm believer that success is an amalgamation of not only hard work and talent, but of the guidance you receive from those you work with and learn from.I have a lot of incredibly talented people to thank for where I am today, and because of this, I take my responsibilities as a creative leader very seriously and work hard to help the next generation achieve their goals and succeed—Clients:VolkswagenWalmartHBOTommy HilfigerLancômeRevlonPurinaSmucker\'s FolgersPillsburyDegreeP & GFebreze Luvs DiapersGiant Eagle—Recognized By:Cannes LionsD & ADArt Director\'s Club (ADC)Ohio Valley Emmy AwardsAmerican Advertising Awards, Addy\'sThe Telly AwardsWebby AwardsWPP Extraordinary AwardsBrand New · Under Consideration—Featured In:AdweekFast CompanySports IllustratedCNNBusiness InsiderTODAYFood & WinePaperNylonDazedWWDLittle Black BookBrand New
