Responsible for the design, development and customer deployment of the technology stack at AVC One which is built around one of the UK\'s largest Cisco Broadsoft Unified Communications platforms with more than licenses. AVC is an engineering and support-led organisation ensuring that we consistently provide industry-leading levels of service and the lowest TCO in the market. We continue to innovate and lead the way with new technology, working closely with vendors such as Dubber and Toll Ring for many years, to overlay data, analytics and AI capabilities onto traditional voice.
