My first social skills group as an RBT was a complete disaster.No structure. No training. No real plan at all.It was just a room with an Xbox 360, one controller, board games, markers, and me, completely unprepared to give them real connection and fun.The result = CHAOS! That experience never left me.Over the years I\'ve been fortunate enough to work with more groups, partnered with educators and families, and launched summer programs.
