So what do you think of when you hear,\"Start choppin\'\'em!\" or \"The Grid\"? I think of a great team of football coaches and a great team of football players. These were tools that we used to teach proper stance, proper alignment, proper cadence reaction and proper blocking technique. It turned out to be a great team builder as well. The players learned real quick that even though an individual might have made the mistake, the team pays the price as whole. I truly believe that teams can accomplish more and that everyone has a role and that every role is important. As an employee, my job is not just to do my daily tasks, but to help other employees when I can. Think of the synergy that could be created, if everyone followed this philosophy.
